Terms and Conditions for Unsold Stock Returns (After 30 Days)

To maintain product quality and operational efficiency, we have established the following terms and conditions regarding the return of unsold grocery stock:
1. Eligibility for Return
Only full, unused cases of goods are eligible for return.
Items must be returned within 30 to 60 days of the original delivery date.
Stock must be in its original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition.
No damaged, opened, or partially used items will be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Condition of Returned Goods
Products must be stored properly and returned in good condition, free from any signs of:
Water, pest, or temperature damage
3. Refund Method
Approved returns will be refunded as store credit only.
Store credit will be issued within 3 business days of return of goods.
Store credit is non-transferable and must be used within 6 months.
4. Return Authorization
All returns must be pre-approved. Please contact us via WhatsApp to request a return.
Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.
5. Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions or if abuse of the return policy is suspected.
